I'd love to work with you, whether you're an interested individual or a small to medium organisation. If we're working one to one you could benefit from a wellbeing conversation and/or some of the tools I work with. If you're an organisation you may find any, or all, of my service offerings helpful. We can look at what's most helpful for where you are.


Basically, it's what you need it to be.
You may feel that you're not really thriving at the moment - may be feeling that life is all a bit much, that it should be a bit easier to navigate. Or perhaps you're far from flourishing - feeling tired a lot or stressed more than you want to be. You could simply be finding it hard to start or stick to new healthy habits. Or maybe you're being proactive and want to maximise your ability to live well, feel resilient, and have a bit more joy or contentment in your life.
A wellbeing conversation is a chance to chat one to one about what's happening for you and be supported to explore that, hopefully discovering some simple steps that could help you achieve your wellbeing goals. Drawing on scientifically proven tools and practices, many from the field of Positive Psychology, you'll have the opportunity to get greater insights and practical ways to see positive change.
Depending on what's going on for you, one session may be all you need, or you may need/want to take more time to properly understand where you're at and how to move forward.
Please note, these are not counselling or pyschotherapy sessions. If I think you may benefit more from some professional help I'll signpost you to some more appropriate sources of help.
Anyone could benefit from a wellbeing conversation.
You might be in paid work or not, any age, any situation. You may be seeking one as something you're doing for you, or be referred by your employer.
As long as you are interested in thriving and open to exploring what this looks like in your life wellbeing conversations are for you.
I offer a free 20 minute discovery call (zoom or phone) so you can find out anything you want to know before committing. It's also a chance for me to understand what you want to get out of our conversation, to ensure that I can help and so that I can prepare for our conversation.
If you opt to book in for a conversation I charge from £38.00 for a minimum of 60 minutes, held over Zoom or Skype, and from £45.00 for a minimum 60 minutes conversation if we meet in person (only possible if you live within a 15 mile radius of Runcorn).
As a firm believer in the importance of wellbeing I am keen that finances are not a barrier to getting some support. If you will struggle to pay the full price please do have a conversation with me, as I may have some capacity to offer reduced pricing in certain circumstances.

As an accredited Strengthscope® practioner I offer individuals and teams the opportunity for some personal development in identifying and utilising their unique pattern of strengths.

Wellbeing is about thriving, flourishing - seeking to be our best selves. This includes managing stress and pressure more effectively, encouraging positive emotions and nurturing healthy relationships.
We all have strengths, things that we are good at and come more naturally to us. When we understand and use these strengths more we are likely to be more engaged, more productive, building healthy relationships, and generally being our best selves.
In a workplace context a strengths based approach can reduce stress, increase performance, significantly increase employee engagement and improve how we work with others.
Strengthscope® is a strengths based organisation that draws from positive psychology in the workplace.
It focuses conversations on unique strengths, rather than categorised preferences or behaviours. It doesn't label you or box you in! Removing judgement and no gender, race or age bias, this is a really positive and helpful tool to work with.
Their pyschometric tool identifies your unique strengths, helping to accurately discover strengths in a memorable, practical way. This tool is the only strengths-based tool in the world to receive British Psychological Society registered status, meaning it is the most valid and reliable available today.
Everyone! Whether you're in work, re-thinking your future direction, looking to achieve personal goals or simply want to explore how strengths can work better for you, having a Strengthscope session can help you.
For organisations it can form part of your personal development offering to your people or you may want to use it to help teams develop greater understanding and increased teamworking.The Strengthscope process is very simple.
Once you decide you want to go ahead you'll receive an email with login details for your personal StrengthsPortal™.
From here you'll be able to access your Strengthscope, which will take you about 25mins to complete (plus a further 10mins if you're doing the 360° version). You'll have an agreed window of time to complete this.
We'll arrange our online debrief session for when your report is available.
The whole process usually takes 1-2 weeks for a standard Strengthscope and 3-4 weeks for a Strengthscope 360°
A standard Strengthscope costs £145.00 (includes £55.00 + VAT for the report, admin fee and a 90 minute debriefing session)
A Strengthscope 360° costs £170.00 (includes £73.00 + VAT, admin fee and a 90 minute debriefing session)
